We used your service to pick us up at our hotel and bring us to the cruise ship. This was very smooth and easy. We used your service to pick us up at the cruise ship and took the tour of Stonehenge, Windsor Castle & Salisbury Cathedral, and then a drop off at our hotel at the airport. This was also quite easy, and the only thing I would say that needs a little bit of improvement, would be that the bus was not noticeable to us, and we stood around for about a half hour wondering where it was. It happened to be in front of us but we did not know it. The guide came over to us and asked us if we were waiting, and we were the last ones on the bus. He was excellent in telling us about everything, and he was also very engaging and had a good sense of humor. The lines were extremely long at Windsor Castle, so we did not get to see everything inside.
