I had a fantastic tour with ***! From the morning pickup to our final dropoff, everything went smoothly. I appreciated his in-depth knowledge of our destinations, his flexibility with our requests and questions, and his passion for providing a great experience. Our driver, ***, was also accommodating and flexible. Because we wound up being a small group of 4, they tweaked the experience to be a little more custom. I also listened to them chatting about their business model of training new guides: Each guide is highly qualified, and they ask each to design his or her own tour that's unique to their personal interests and expertise. I love this personal touch. Every step of the way, *** sought our group's input and feedback. We packed a lot into our day and kept moving in order to see everything, but I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. It was just a really well-balanced day.
