Our tour guide was wonderful. My only issue was that our hotel was in Windsor rather than Heathrow or London and we were told by the driver "tough luck" and we were given our bags after the Windsor Castle tour and had to call a cab to our hotel. \nIt would have been nice to have been dropped at our hotel like everyone else was !!\nOther than that, it was good.
