The driver was great, was early which we liked and only picked up one other couple which meant we didn't have to wait long to arrive at our destination. We were offered free WiFi in the van. The driver was informative of tourist destinations, even drove us by Curry Sark. He dropped us off at the Dover Castle and was extremely commodating on our pick up time. Good experience.
