The event itself was great, although I do feel that for the amount of money it cost, the bottled water on the bus should have been provided complimentary. This was a very expensive day, most of it self guided. Well worth it but I do think charging for water was ridiculous.\nAlso, once the trip was confirmed, it would have been nice to receive a reminder email a week or so in advance of the trip, which I had booked way back in April. \nThe tour guide *** was very good at her job, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She totally vanished once we reached Highclere, which I found rather curious. I will definitely, and already have, recommended this bus trip to others. Good job.
