The service was professional all the way. Because of London traffic, the driver was around 10 minutes late picking us up, but I got a call well ahead of time letting me know about the delay. The ride was smooth and safe and the driver willingly answered questions about our progress. Because of an accident on the M3, he had to take a detour along narrow side roads, and a ride that should have taken 2.5 hours ended up taking almost 4.5, but the driver never lost his cool even when one of the other passengers because a little abusive.
