The overall experience was great. One minor issue was that our guide was not easy to see in a crowd. If he would have had a bright hat, or some sort of tall identifier, it would have been easier to follow him through the crowded streets. \nLastly, being dropped off in Downtown London was not smooth. So of the hotel were on streets that were hard for the large bus to go down. And we had to go backwards down many streets. And one hotel, the driver could not find, and after about 15 mins of going in circles, he said that he should have turned on the ***. That probably should have been done first. \nBut overall, great experience.
