The representatives and driver (Kevin) at the cruise terminal were very helpful, friendly and willing to help with smiles on there faces.\nI apologize for ot remembering the names of the other people involved but they did introduce themselves.\n\nPrior to leaving home I had some questions about specifics regarding our transfers and had to make some changes to some. These questions and requests were conducted from the USA via email to which we always received at prompt and friendly response.
