We took the small group tour of Stonehenge, Avebury, and Salisbury and it was excellent. *** was a very skillful driver and genuinely nice guy. The tour guide, ***, was truly exceptional. He has an extraordinarily broad and deep knowledge of history, and pretty much everything else for that matter! Plus he had a great sense of humor and a knack for compelling conversation. The tour was one of the highlights of a great week and I would recommend it to anyone; definitely worth the bit more it costs compared to the big bus tour.
