The actual trip was very good. The driver was courteous and helped with luggage loading. The drive into London was quick (as traffic allowed) and we got an interesting tour of the Mayfair area as the driver used a number of small streets to reach the first destination. We ended up second for drop-off and the driver helped us unload our collection of luggage. The only issue was actually getting to the pick-up point, with concern that we might be left behind based on the confirmation email that said the shuttle would have to leave at 9:30. Even though we picked the 8:20 departure time from the ship (earliest time to leave the ship with luggage pick-up), it was closer to 9:00 before they even started calling the various groups. It was reassuring to see the person holding the "International Friends" sign when we finally exited the terminal. We would have no qualms, though, about booking this service again to travel to or from London to Southampton.
