Bus driver was very nice but he was a bit late and everyone was waiting in different areas for the bus after all the tours had been picked up already. Tour guide was amazingly knowledgeable but he spoke so quickly that they was not an opportunity to absorb the info and ask questions. The tour we took: Bath and the Cotswalds and lunch was a great tour
