The Harry Potter and Oxford tour was wonderful. The tour bus was comfortable and the amount of time allotted was adequate. When people took others' seats the guide was quick to remind people to mind their manners. \n\nI would suggest, for future tours, enforcing departure times more strictly (we sat and waited for several people for quite some time). Further, the trip back to London was very long due to traffic. It would have been nice if the tour operator/driver had given us the option to use a suburban tube station as opposed to sitting in traffic for over an hour.
