Pick up needs work. We spent 1 1/2 hrs collecting people before we left London!\n\nThe rest of the tour was wonderful and our guide was a joy. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I'd request her for any future tours. Great driver too- I felt very safe with him in control of our bus.
