I was absolutely satisfied and most impressed with the service that was provided. The only thing that may be of help to you is that I had some wrong perceptions about what to expect based on feed back that I read on Trip Advisor. Someone had written that they booked a tour through you and had not had a reply/ not heard back and they were concerned and asked for feedback from others about the reliability or existence of the service. I will try and do a Trip Advisor review and give you full compliments but there does seem to be some confusion on your name with the London Toolkit, International Friends, and I think people get confused as to who you are and then lack confidence.
