We got picked up right at the pier from our cruise as promised. The tour was fantastic and then dropped us right off at our Heathrow hotel. Everything went as smooth as silk and everything was just as advertised. I highly recommend taking this tour for a lot more service than the cruise ships offer and at a far better price. Our guide was very informative and helpful the entire tour.
