I experienced an excellent level of service in getting myself between my hotel in London and Southhampton. The driver, car and conversation were most courteous. \n\nI had been informed that my pickup would be delayed for a further half hour but the driver had not been informed so I was not ready when he arrived.\n\nHowever, I did manage to get to the car albeit a bit late.
