We used International Friends for 3 different rides on our recent trip to London. Our first experience (when driver picked us up at Heathrow to deliver us to London) was just ok... the line to get through customs was very long (2 hours and completely out of our control), but our driver was NOT friendly and seemed quite upset. Our other two rides (from London to Southampton with 2 hour stopover at Stonehenge, then again from Southampton to Heathrow were FANTASTIC!
