The only area that could use a little finesse is when we were departing the boat the ticket said someone would be in the terminal however we ended up being sent outside to a numbered door. A little confusion easily rectified! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and the entire tour was excellent. I would definitely recommend this particular trip for anyone coming from a cruise and we will be looking into the other tours for our return to London in the future!
