The representative was just outside of the customs exit, as promised. His signage was large enough to be seen easily. I was told to wait in a specific spot...…...and was loaded into a small van (5 passengers) within 3 or 4 minutes. We were on our way in a flash, and arrived at Heathrow in about 1 1/2 hours...…..plenty of time to relax before my flight. Excellent experience. I will definitely employ this service next time I visit the UK.
