Very enjoyable, friendly, knowledgable guide. Downside, we were assured, before booking, that we would be dropped off at Heathrow (terminal 3) first, as we had a plane to catch. What actually happened, was 2 stops were made at hotels (the passengers had no time pressure) and a further stop, before we were dropped off, causing unnecessary stress and pressure on us.
