Our transfer from London to Dover via Dover Castle was right on schedule. In fact, while we had planned to walk over to a hotel for the pickup, Int Friends did us a big favor by coming over to our hotel (which was not on the list of hotels they pick up) and saved us from having to carry our luggage a few blocks. That made matters much nicer and saved us some headaches (especially if the weather was bad - which thankfully wasn't). We would use them again in the future.
