Communication from Louise was very prompt and polite and sorted out mistakes I had made efficiently. We were collected from our hotel on time and our driver was friendly and efficient. We did see Big Ben about 5 times while picking up other customers which was understandable but a bit painful. Otherwise we had an excellent trip via Stonehenge. Thank you!
