Collected outside customs by our guide who escorted us to our coach, saw us to our seats and introduced us to our driver. This same treatment was supplied to all persons on our tour/transfer to Heathrow. An informative pleasant trip even though this was about our eighth trip to the united kingdom. Would highly recommend this way of transfer from cruise terminal to airport.
