Hi IF, we disembarked the Royal Princess at Southampton last Monday (18th of June) and our party of four joined a tour with you taking in Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge and Windsor castle before boarding our flight to Singapore at LHR. The bus arrived on time and your tour director made us feel very welcome and assisted with suitcases, seating etc The vehicle was modern, clean and comfortable especially for two of us who are over 70 years of age and in excess of 6'3" tall. Your tour director (Michael?) was very knowledgeable and informative and escorted us through the itinerary making recommendations on everything from places to eat, historic walks etc without appearing to be manipulative or condescending and when it was time to meet he was always early and waiting for us as arranged. We will certainly recommend your tours here in Australia and being ex-servicemen ourselves we will happily advise our RSL clubs of the good service offered by your company.
