The tour is well organized and very good. We do have fun in Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. However, it failed at the end after visiting Windsor Castle because 6 passengers, including us, have to ride on a small taxi to Central London instead of riding on the air conditioned coach. The taxi is small, with no air while riding on the busy streets, barely big enough for 6 passengers of regular size. Problem is American tourists are XXXL size. The journey on a busy Friday afternoon from Windsor Castle to London is over 1.5 hours and the driver start talking, in his own language, on his phone as soon as the journey began, for over an hour non-stop, all of us are being ignored from the first minute we get on the taxi. I understand your company need to get all passengers to their hotel on time so splitting the passengers on another car is an acceptable option. However, please pick a bigger taxi and a more professional and responsible taxi driver next time.
