Our ship arrived in Southampton on time and identification of driver and other guests was efficient and without delay. Driver friendly. Mini bus clean and comfortable. Drive to London uneventful and not interrupted by running comments. Hotel transfers in good sequence and with appreciated support from the driver with our luggage. We prefer this type of economic transfer to the travel by coach organised by the shipping company. Total experience positive.
