Our guide, Ben, was TERRIFIC! Can’t say enough about him. First and foremost, he waited for us at Southampton. He said it was no big deal, they always wait if the ship is delayed. Uncortunately, your online literature says only that the bus will not wait. So, we were in a small panic....until we saw Ben. We thought we were out $200+. Please qualify your “don’t e late” statement on line. Second, Ben has a great sense of humor and thorough knowledge of the history of tour sites. And then there was Paul, the driver of a smaller passenger vehicle who took us into London. Marvelous man who gave us a monitor of London which made sitting in traffic enjoyable. And, since he lives a quarter mile from our hotel (not on your list), he was kind enough to drop us there instead of the original drop-off Point. You two great employees with Ben and Paul!!
