The guide who met us at the beginning of the trip was wonderful, very positive and informative. He showed great enthusiasm from the beginning to the end, even though it was a long and stressful day. (I wish I had stayed with him for the Oxford tour, but I was paired up with another guide for that one.) Driver worked to get us to places on time and we were given very clear instructions on when to meet and where. I think this was a good company to work with because the staff were very helpful and understood that we were all from out of town and needed a lot of direction and help.
