Excellent service. Our hotel was not on their normal pick up locations, but we were accommodated. We were met at time scheduled in a comfortable full coach. We had a brief stop at Battle of Britain Memorial, which was a pleasant & inspiring surprise. We were taken directly to our ships pier. Friendly & efficient service. Highly recommend.
