Pick up on time at London hotel to Southampton cruise port. Driver and car very good. Paul the driver dropped us off at the wrong cruise terminal, luggage went on ship we went up to check in but on the Arcadia ship not Aurora. Luggage handlers picked up mistake and it was sorted out, but we had to pay for a taxi to our ship. Not the best start to our cruise. Julie and Ann Australia
