Driver was on time, very friendly, and quite helpful with our luggage. Would highly recommend International Friends for transfer to/from Southampton for cruise passengers. We stayed over in London, and they drove us to our hotel without the hassle of transferring at a train or bus station. The vehicle was roomy and clean, even with two other couples.
