We travelled from London to Southampton and returned and both our drivers were so helpful. Paul our first driver went out of his way to explain the sight of London and was great company on our trip. Sorry I have forgotten the return drivers name, but he was great and most helpful. I am in my mid seventies and trying to get around the tube although great, many stations only have lots of stairs and trying to get two 25kg cases up and down stairs is no fun. Although it cost more it is worth every penny. Do it and enjoy
