I booked International Friends for a transfer from London to Dover for a cruise. I added the option of stopping at Dover Castle prior to being dropped off at the port. I was given a pick up time of 7:30-7:45am. I received a call from IF at 7:40 saying they were running a bit late and would be another 10-15 minutes, I really appreciated this call. We were picked up at our hotel by the bus we would be traveling on then made a few other stops for pickups before heading to Dover. After 2 hours at Dover castle we were again on the bus and heading to the cruise terminal. The driver and hostess(Christina, I believe) were courteous and professional. The process was run efficiently and stress free. I would definitely recommend International Friends to others.
