First of all, thank you for your efforts, I understand that it's not easy coordinating for large numbers of people. Second of all, there are a couple of points I'd like to mention. Our taxi took a long time to arrive (more than an 1 hour and half), and dropped us at the University of Westminster (Harrow Campus) but we had to carry our luggage across the university to the halls, because we were dropped at the main entrance not the dorm entrance. I suggest letting the drivers know that the Northwick Park Station entrance is a lot closer to the entrance of the dorms (less than a 2 mins walk).
