We were expecting a larger shuttle bus and others on out transfer/tour, as we had experienced on previous trips, so we were looking for the driver amongst the shuttle buses, but since it was a private tour, we found him amongst the limo drivers. Our driver was very good--helpful, courteous, and we felt very safe with his driving. We also had a private tour guide, who met us at the right spot and at the correct time. The driver and guide had coordinated the meeting very seam,essay, so we were never left wondering where to go or what to do. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful tour of the Vatican, St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. The driver was there to meet us after the tour and drooped us off at our hitel door, after helping with luggage, of course. All in all it was an excellent experience.
