This was an excellent transfer service from our hotel at London Heathrow to our cruise departing from Southampton. We were picked up on time - actually a little early, but with no pressure at all to rush. Our particular arrangements included a stop at Stonehenge which was well organized and quite sufficient time to see this attraction. Our bags were gathered from us at our hotel and checked right in by International Friends - that was quite helpful. On the return trip back to Heathrow from Southampton our driver was waiting for us when we got to the pier and took us straight to our terminal at the airport. He was quite polite and helpful. On the way to Southampton the bus was a large bus; on the return we were in a van which sat five of us together facing one another and one of us sitting in front with the driver. This was a little tight, but we enjoyed speaking with our fellow travelers and it turned out to be a nice ending to the trip. I don’t know if the passenger in the front missed our chat or perhaps he was happy to have the time to rest. The bottom line is International Friends did a great job - we recommend them and would certainly use them again.
