Pickup at the cruise terminal was on time and hassle free. Guide and driver were pleasant and knowledgable sharing interesting tidbits of information during the drive and tour. At the end of the day we were dropped off at our hotel at Heathrow, a very convenient and enjoyable way to get from Southampton to London.
