Worst customer service!
Internations took my monry even if all was close for Covid and I said I want to be basic member.
Impossible to have my money back.
Now I tried to renew because all is open again. The membership increased so much and they have problem with the payment.
I contacted them. Like always, no solution, they answer on the side of the question. They don't listen / read what we say. No respect of the customer.
Such a shame to have this kind of customer service.
