I ordered for a bulb for my tortoise on an urgent basis (as the incumbent one fused) - tortoise owners will understand the urgency here. I paid for premium shipping (via DPD) and got a confirmation for next day delivery. I waited for the consignment throughout the planned delivery date, but in vain. I wrote to Internet Reptile but in vain. I reached out to DPD depot and was promised delivery next day morning, which again failed. Finally, DPD apologised and said they will deliver on Monday (today) and I should ask for refund of the shipping charges from Internet Reptile (who will get reimbursed from DPD). Since all my emails to Internet Reptile's customer service was being ignored for past 3 days, I reached out to its Facebook page. Post a brief chat, wherein I mentioned that if I'm not assisted (which I wasn't) I will be compelled to review them on social media and guess what - the person responding gave me a long lecture on covid (as if I'm from Mars and as if DPD mentioned covid as a reason) and blocked me from their Facebook help messenger. I will not mention my opinion, as the aforementioned review should be enough for customers to judge.
