“Im really impressed with my latest delivery; obviously the weather has been hot and my bugs demand for water has gone through the roof. IR are one of the cheapest suppliers around and dont up their postage costs to the customer by being extremely reasonable - I went for standard delivery and wasnt expecting anything to arrive for a number of days but next day they were here. I added some reduced 'older' bugs to my order out of interest and they are fab- lovely size, nice and heathly and according to my dragon very nice as well! Its a bit like the TooGoodToGo options for Lizards! Very happy customer as ever, thank you.”

“This was my first purchase from InternetReptile. The website is very clear and easy to use. The prices are very competitive and delivery was quick. I did however, have one item missing - a UVB lighting tube. Whether it was missing from the order or taken during delivery I cannot say, although my package did look like it had been tampered with. I contacted the internet reptile team and they resolved the issue immediately without any unnecessary discussion by sending the missing part on next day delivery, which was very much appreciated. Ergo, I can say I am very happy with this company and will certainly use them again.”

“Each year I extend the period over which I'm ordering mealworms for our small garden bird visitors. This year my partner built an amazing 'aviary' which - with 38mm mesh - ensures only the little birds get the mealworms. We are now rewarded with 10s of birds zooming around the garden. They devour the worms which now go out in cat litter trays, along with their freshly grated carrots and oat bran (supplemented with a little wheatgerm now and dried milk - which I have done in the past). This is apparently called 'gut loading' and is a way of providing the birds with extra nutrients. Earlier this year all I cared about was the moisture these mealworms can provide to chicks. Because the birds are doing so well - I would not be surprised if they are not still breeding! Love the fact that mealworms usually arrive on a Tuesday so I don't have to worry about them being stuck in a post office over the weekend! I try to give them 24 hours in the shed to rehydrate and compose themselves before any go out to the birds. I used to have a couple of Gorilla tubs for them but the cat litter trays seem fine as well. The nice thing about the litter trays is that you can see the birds - they can see you. With Gorilla tub I inadvertently frightened them when walking past. With a tray they can keep an eye out. Royal Mail bring my parcel. They were kind enough to put it in a cool bag I left in the shade a couple of weeks ago (with an ice pack and cloths on top of the ice pack to stop the worms being frozen) on a day when I knew I had to be out and it was roasting. The worms were fine.”

“On the whole, I always find the company to be great to deal with whether it be a stock issue or on price. Regarding the latest order, despite buying some discounted live food, Several boxes arrived with all livefood perished. I always expect there to be a little percentage of it to be dead but at the limited discount, I still thought that the majority would still be good to feed.”
