“I hold Internet Reptile in very high regard and they’re my go-to for all my reptile needs. Whenever I’ve needed help, the team have been friendly, understanding and willing to find a solution. No business is perfect, and things can sometimes go wrong. What matters to me is how those situations are handled, and Internet Reptile have always put things right and made me feel valued as a customer. They treat people with the same care and respect you’d hope to receive yourself. My recent delivery problems have been with Royal Mail, through no fault of Internet Reptile. Even so, they’ve chased things up and arranged another replacement lamp at no extra cost, using a different delivery service. I couldn’t fault the support they’ve given me. They consistently put the customer first, and I really appreciate everything they’ve done. A well-deserved five stars from me!”

“The item I ordered was the Pro Rep Spagnum moss. The price was one of the lowest I could find and it was despatched within a couple of days. The item arrived a few days later it was undamaged and in good condition.”
