“Nicely handled by staff everytime I visit. I appreciate the bit of knowledge gained on crested geckos from staff also. Helped a little in me keeping my daughters alive. Many thanks”

“The Calci worms were the biggest and liveliest I have purchased anywhere, so great. The packaging however was inadequate as they had escaped the box and some were getting out of the plastic around it, into my other post. I am sure the postie was thrilled to see them all.throbbing around the box, through the clear plastic bag and dropping out.... 😆”

“Good quality products at reasonable prices. The delivery was quick too. The only issue I had was the discount code didn’t, and wouldn’t, apply. When I noticed I emailed and they did credit my account with the amount the discount code would have saved me, but as someone who doesn’t order items from here regularly it is pretty pointless.”

“Brilliant company, good choice of live food, easy to track the delivery, the goods were packed with care and arrived undamaged. Unfortunately for me the fruitflies I bought did arrive all dead BUT when talking them about the issue they were friendly and helpful. They sent me out a new lot of fruitflies (which arrived all alive) free of cost that basically arrived quickly. Great communication would recommend and will be buying again!”

“I use 3000+ crickets a month and I have used Internet Reptile for this for a few years now. The prices are great and the quality of the livefood is excellent and always well packed. The website states that livefood is sent for next day delivery if ordered before 12pm but over the past few months this has not been the case. I make sure I order my livefood before 10am but it has not been dispatched until the next day, sometimes the day after. They should not advertise next day delivery if they aren't going to actually do it.”
