“Was glad to get my replacement VU lamp for my crested just disappointed I could only buy 1 from the email letting me know they were back in stock so had to pay double the delivery cost to get the spares”

“Brilliant company, good choice of live food, easy to track the delivery, the goods were packed with care and arrived undamaged. Unfortunately for me the fruitflies I bought did arrive all dead BUT when talking them about the issue they were friendly and helpful. They sent me out a new lot of fruitflies (which arrived all alive) free of cost that basically arrived quickly. Great communication would recommend and will be buying again!”

“I use 3000+ crickets a month and I have used Internet Reptile for this for a few years now. The prices are great and the quality of the livefood is excellent and always well packed. The website states that livefood is sent for next day delivery if ordered before 12pm but over the past few months this has not been the case. I make sure I order my livefood before 10am but it has not been dispatched until the next day, sometimes the day after. They should not advertise next day delivery if they aren't going to actually do it.”

“Ordered some luve food and Uvb bulbs. Products are great and the delivery was swift. Only issue i had was with the delivery company. Box 1 of 2 was delivered fine but the driver had to "find"box 2 which was the UVB bulbs. I witnessed the driver just throwing boxes arround while searching. The Ubv bulb box was squashed once found, however due to them being well packaged, the bulbs were all safe.”

“Bought 2 black vivs for my Hognose snakes, absolutely gorgeous tanks but I'm not sure why they have glass bottoms as it's a definite weakness and isn't needed. It would make it sturdier and stronger having a wooden bottom so a design rethink would be a good idea, assembly was pretty straightforward... although I have the front glass upside down on one of them. Would definitely recommend this product though, came earlier than expected too”
