1st order I was happy came in a poly box frozen still frozen This order All frozen were basically decomposing in a cardboard box they’re all unusable I tried using them but no they stink and fall apart I didn’t want to leave a bad review but you asked

I payed for next day delivery as I needed a tank asap and I didn’t receive it until 8 days later I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered the wrong items as the website directly me incorrectly, had to send some bits back. Annoying process where you have to email first, no way to do it online. Put on the email how the website directed me incorrectly so ordered the wrong stuff, that bit was ignored when they replied and I was just told how to return. I then had to pay £9 to post back. Will never use this apparent online company that don’t even have a decent return process

This is a very troubling and disturbing experience with my recent order. My delivery was delayed twice, taking over four days to arrive. To my surprise, out of the three packs of frozen food I ordered, only one was included in the parcel. Even more disappointing, the one pack that did arrive—a pack of frozen mice—was completely defrosted, with blood leaking everywhere. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with my first experience ordering from Internet Reptile. Not only were items missing from my order, but the item I did receive was damaged and unusable. Considering I paid £10 for what was supposed to be a reliable frozen delivery service, I expect this to be better than disappointing. The only suggestion I have is to record unpacking video because there could be be issue.

Order 6 packs of ProRep Hemp Bedding. The courier randomly dropped the parcel on the driveway of a neighbour's house under the rain without knocking on neighbour's or my door. Very irresponsible. Sent the same message to Internet Reptile Support but got no reply and now they are asking for my review. What a joke! Would not order from Internet Reptile again.

Very poor. Received order, broken hide and chipped water bowl due to poor packaging. Broken tub of worms and worms all over the box. Emailed customer service over a week ago and still not been dealt with. Very disappointed

First delivery arrived Friday and missing frozen goods. Messaged but no reply all weekend. Reply on Monday contacted was told already delivered, then told it was on its way. Frozen goods arrived 3 days after shipping. All defrosted, stinking and rotting. I contacted and asked to escalate. I was told they would try to get a replacement. Then Ben (manager?) said I would get a replacement. No tracking info, no updates for when. I contacted again asking when I would receive and got back a tracking number, no conversation, nothing, not even the link or the courier company info. Parcel was dumped outside my porch, not where I had requested in storage box on drive or even in my porch, just left out in the open on my drive. Really poor service. No offer of recompense due to me now having to dispose of rotting snake food or that I had to go elsewhere as my snakes were due to be fed. It will take a very desperate situation for me to use this company again. Very dissatisfied

I called because I couldn't see on the website where to cancel my subscription, they guy on the phone was extremely bizarre and just spoke over the top of me. I found how to cancel, and will never order from here again, more than half of the locusts are always dead!

I ordered on 16th July and still haven’t received the thermostat that I paid for. I contacted internet reptile and told them that my old thermostat had broken and I needed a replacement for my snake who’s life depends on it. I haven’t heard from them for weeks and it seems clear they are only interested in money not the well being of animals!!! Keep well clear of this company

The Golden fruit flies which are stated as being 'flightless' are definitely able to fly and are now loose in my house. May wish to update your description.

Not happy with the quality of the meal worms , 85% of them had died, well love to still keep ordering due to very convenient but quality was poor, sorry, Josh.
