I ordered a plant decoration but it didn't stick to the vivarium. Apparently it is only made for glass but this wasn't mentioned at all on the website. I had to pay postage if I wanted to return it. Terrible customer service.

Paid extra for next day delivery and they never dispatched it until I chased it up on the second day and even that wasn’t easy as you can’t call them. You have to do it through a messaging service that took seven hours for a reply.

I have shopped with them a couple of times although after my last experience I won't be shopping with them again. I paid extra for delivery to be within 1-2 days. I placed the order on a Saturday morning but didn't receive my order until Thursday afternoon. The box had a big hole & the disinfectant had been squashed at the top so leaked a little.I emailed them but they haven't been interested in my complaint just kept asking for me to review the so called support I received which was nonexistent. I am extremely disappointed & angry. Customer service is appalling.

Unfortunately my item was not adequately packaged and arrived broken and empied into the cardboard box. The item was 1 Kg of Pro Rep calcium blocks in a rigid plastic container and the plastic broke into shards and the blocks then loose inside the cardboard box. I am unable to claim a refund despite sending photos as I had disposed of the mess due to a delay in response to my 2 e-mails despite e-mailing immediately on receipt.

Not happy j ordered 2 coconut hides 1 reptile hide and 10 frozen pinkies only received the coconut hides and the delivery company took a pic of my door and said I wasn't in 22nd Feb when I was in all day and you say you can't cobbler failed delirues so I lose out on the bulk of my order won't use again

Rude and useless customer care. Paid for 24 hour delivery, no tracking number was given at the time of ordering and the parcel turned up 3 days late while I wasn’t home… it was then stolen off my doorstep. Customer service don’t cover theft from property and advised “customers should be home to receive delivery”. Really unhelpful response given the context of my situation!! Won’t be ordering from here again.

I still haven't recieved my christmas present for my partner which is now pointless....not delivered by royal mail now having to chase where it is. If you could help that would be great. Robert Dennis

Not a happy customer.purchased a viverium which stated free delivery as it was over £200 when I checked out in basket it was £60 delivery as it had to arrive on pallet which I accepted as it was Christmas present for my son. However dpd delivered to my door by hand.when I mentioned the pallet to driver he stated they don’t deal in pallets.i feel this was false information and should be entitled to a refund as I was misold delivery method as it did not arrive on pallet therefore should have come under the free delivery.

Why would anyone send a basking lamp, via post without using protective packaging and having fragile item written on the packaging. Lamp delivered smashed in pieces, not surprising really! After over a week of emailing (also an item was not delivered, apparently consignment had been split by DPD) and having to send a package back with a smashed bulb in, I was asked if I would like the missing item resending, which I confirmed I did, for the very next day confirmation of a refund for the missing item and the smashed bulb. Unfortunately I will not be using internet reptiles again (this was my first time I used them) as anyone who thinks it’s acceptable to send a fragile item without any protective protection and having to email for a week with concerns and chasing up, which could be solved in a 5 minute phone call isn’t worth the hassle.

I ordered three bulbs from here and they all stopped working after a day, my fittings all work so they must be faulty bulbs.

Have ordered in the past with no issue, this time however when I did have an issue 8 or 9 emails went ignored, they claimed they went to the spam folder only after I mentioned leaving a bad review, strange you found my emails after I mentioned that lol. I was then told I wouldn't be getting refunded for delivery, even though dpd only tried twice and sent the item back to them after 6 days, I provided proof for this. I was told I would need to claim delivery costs back through dpd myself, all of this with no apology for the weeks worth of unanswered emails. Do not use Internet Reptile, they were good once and now treat customers like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed s...

I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to dispatch to courier and didn't receive it for another 2 days. Items inside were damaged. Tried to get in contact for a delivery refund but no reply. Ordered locusts and they were absolutely tiny for the description. Won't be ordering from here again will be ordering from another reliable supplier.

the crickets were delivered in a bag normally they come in boxes, transferred to a cricket box i got from you a while back, most of them died in the first few days and the box was then taken over my maggots so had to get rid of them all as could not feed them to my gecko. good service last time however this time not impressed the bags are not good.

Had a really bad experience with and accessories kit I purchased, kit arrived with wrong parts and some broken. Customer service was awful as they weren't willing to offer anything for this inconvenience and showed a huge lack of care towards this. Definitely will Not be purchasing any more after this. Overall very disappointing
