Parcelforce didnt leave a card to notify me they had attempted to deliver. Did they even try? When I enquired about my order with internet reptile they couldnt help with where my order was. Poor communication and no reply to chase up emails.

I have ordered form this company afew times now, no problems, until now. I order a vivarium and cabinet, the cabinet arrived damaged qnd no sign of the vivarium. It's frustrating that you can't contact them by phone if you've ordered online. it's fine u til you have a problem I'm currently £300 down, not happy and wo t be ordering g from them again

When my bugs came quite a few of them were dead. I fed and watered them like instructions said and within a week there was loads of them dead i only had a few alive ones.

I ordered 2 items. Received an emailing confirming my order and that I would receive a further email when my items had been dispatched. After 3 days I chased this up and was told I would receive my items the next day. 2 days later my items arrived, one broken. I requested a refund and this was processed in 3 days. Really poor communication throughout the whole process, I won’t be using them again.

1 item paid for “out of stock” the next day even though still for sale on website? Took over a week to deliver and had to send email to the company to chase delivery, by this point another item was also out of stock. Some of the boxes ordered were also damaged. Won’t be using again

The mealworm arrived going off so had to throw them away I will be ordering more hope not arrive unsuitable 24/6/2024 thanks ian Williams

The prices are good and the delivery was quick, but the caves I ordered arrived smashed. I sent a photo of them still in the box, and was told I could not get a refund or even a replacement sent out unless I make preparations to post the smashed pieces back

Good prices but package was sent to wrong address, despite me putting in the correct one not sure how that happened. Package said it was delivered but only half was, took all weekend to chase up the other half of the package that contained the live food just to find 90 per cent of the live insects were already dead. Not sure if that’s a testament to how they were sent or because the package was presumably left outside in the bad weather for days at the wrong address. Never had this kind of problem ordering food before with other sites so it’s a little off putting for me to say the least, such a shame.

The vivarium i ordered came scratched. I complained and asked for a replacement part or partial refund. they issued me shopping a voucher which i don`t want/need. They just ignore my messages, very unprofessional

The size of the livefood that I ordered was very small even though I ordered large/ medium size. I also emailed the company about it and nothing was done.

I gave it two stars because the heat mat did eventually turn up and it works. I ordered it on a Saturday and paid extra for the item to be delivered quicker (the website said by Tuesday)...but it had not even been dispatched until the day after it was due to arrive. And only then, I believe, because I emailed your company to check on it. Meanwhile, my gecko had no decent heating in his vivarium and I had to leave the house heating on in the living room all night during a spell of freezing weather. I did not get an apology just a matter of fact email saying it had at last been dispatched on the wednesday.... and it still did not arrive till Friday evening.... Not impressed.

Dispatch time was slow, delivery was slow, locust were dead in tub which they would be in a slow turnover, I wouldn't recommend this company at all and will never use them again

Incorrect items arrived and also items missing. Took days to speak with someone to only be issued a refund rather than have missing/correct items sent out.

I placed an order recently and after receiving the order I found that my product was not fit for purpose as it was fitted with a european plug and there was no statement to say that this would be the case on the website and the photos used on the website clearly show a UK plug is fitted. I emailed the contact details provided on the website to make them aware and have been completely ignored. Not impressed at all.

Ordered the Exo Terra reptile cave, first one arrived broken they sent out a replacement and again it was broken but even worse than the first one. Sorted that out but also had another question and the customer service that I was emailing completely ignored the question and haven't heard anything from them since
