Item received very quickly but when I opened the whole bag of reptile bedding was split open so although I was impressed with both the price and speed I was very disappointed with the packaging of the item

Though part of the order was marked as in-stock with 28 remaining at checkout when paid and confirmed, i received no notification that part of my order had been removed until I had a paypal refund for the amount 2 days later out of context, and then saw myself that it was missing from the dispatch email sent the next day; still with no specific notification or mention that I wasn't getting everything I ordered. On-top of that part of the order had a fully bent suction pad which I had to fix myself with a hairdryer, though it's hard to tell if that's a fault of storage/packaging on internet reptiles part or the product itself.

I have ordered live food from them consistently; their shipping is unreliable; pay for the next day shipping, there is still no guarantee you will get it quickly. I was aware of this, but it wasn't a problem for me. My last order was never delivered; they didn't provide the tracking info in time. When I contacted them, they were incredibly unhelpful, I pretty much received the same email back every time, and they refused to refund me. Even though legally, it was their responsibility. They don't treat their loyal customers well. They will essentially ignore you until you are frustrated in to giving up. I am disappointed. They won't refund you!

Not happy a lot of the locust was dead so my spider only had half of the locust also I paid extra for the postage didn't get until 4 days later

I ordered frozen items for my pets on Wednesday 10th November and have, as yet not received my order as delivery was promised 1-2 days or 2-3 if ordered at the weekend as you do not deliver on a Sunday. I have yesterday contact APC the delivery people and have been told that no order has been received from Internet Reptile. I did pay for these items at the time of ordering but I have had to go elsewhere and buy these items as I have heard nothing from Internet Reptile. You gave me an order number and a tracking number but to no avail. This was not recognised .

Used for many years and shocked at the lack of of customer service skills. Order was delivered late, paid £6.99 for a specific day and nothing on the day to say it would not be delivered. I chase the next day and get told "I am sorry to hear that, I will issue a refund for the difference between standard. And premium delivery for you" It was not about the refund, I chose a day that I knew I was going to be in! Hence paying more for the service. Nothing about this being looked into, no apology for the inconvenience caused, not just to me but my animals! I hate moaning but I hate being disregarded more and that is exactly how you have made me feel. I genuinely thought you guys were great. Nlw, so so disappointed :(

The description and pictures require updating. I mistakenly brought the wrong size bugs for my dragon so had to go to the shop anyway.

Very Expensive. Only 10 mice for £30 with delivery. Note on the door says leave in the porch. We were in but just missed it. Courier failed to deliver. Let mice defrost then redelivered so mice not usable.

Had to email customer services 7 days after placing order as not received and it was still marked as pending although money had been taken from my account. Was told the order was forgotten about and would be dispatched that day. Finally received 11 days after placing the order. Very poor deliver times considering you charge for delivery!

Not very good at all. Not recommended. Don' t think worth buying. Hard to assemble. Screws not fit well and the holes on the frame are stuck by plastic. It is also a bit broken. Had to buy a new one for my chalemeons... The website might be good, but the product is not recommended. I forget how long the delivery takes but it might be about 5 days? I am not quite sure about this.

Good quality chicks, but it took over a week to deliver and when emailed about it not much help. Then when it was dispatched 8 days later had an email to say it has all been resolved, when really it hadn't as paid £10 for delivery and only dispatched 8 DAYS later :( wouldnt purchase here again unless I have a big supply as you don't know when they will turn up.

Poor. Received broken snake house. Items weren't protected in box. Took photos and messaged them straight away. They acknowledged but now heard nothing. Won't use snake house as will risk injury

My first time ordering frozen food from IR, but unfortunately on the first purchase. Was left with the courier for a week! Then the second time I tried to get items re-sent! But although IR staff member was helpful the courier was apparently once again to blame? As I never got my frozen food a second time! Third time I spoke with staff about the matter, I decided to get a refund. Just bad luck! But a sliver lining - I've now found a reliable, local, quality supplier!

Bought from here for the first time. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier, not Internet Reptiles fault but resulted in our frozen order sitting at a neighbours house overnight (despite there bring someone at home all day waiting for the order)! Courier assured neighbour we would get an email to say where it was as she was going out to work but the email never arrived. Majority of the order was defrosted when we got it and we had to refreeze. Now we are battling with defrosting and separating them and are having to waste more than we can use! Bad first experience which has put me off using them in future.

Paid for next day delivery, it arrived 3 days later. But I was still charged for next day delivery. Other than that brilliant quality bugs, our dragon was very happy 😊

Bought a micro climate evo thermostats from them, it isn't working instead of saying send it back I have to contact the manufacturer. I wont be shopping here again
