My first time ordering frozen food from IR, but unfortunately on the first purchase. Was left with the courier for a week!
Then the second time I tried to get items re-sent! But although IR staff member was helpful the courier was apparently once again to blame? As I never got my frozen food a second time!
Third time I spoke with staff about the matter, I decided to get a refund.
Just bad luck! But a sliver lining - I've now found a reliable, local, quality supplier!
