I ordered live locusts, they were too small and half of them were dead

my order was wrong i did not ask for medium small crickets or i did not ask for locust small x2 i ask for locust large can you sent me locust large

Poor customer service. 1 item from 4 was out and f stock. I received no communication and order was just left in the processing stage

I paid £6.99 for delivery of some flightless fruit flies and received some beetle grubs instead. I contacted internet reptile and received my flightless fruitflies after a further few days. However, 80% of all the fruitflies were dead within 3 days. I paid £9 for all fruitflies to be dead within 6 days. Shocking.

Your product does not seem to heat and there are no instructions of how to send it back. 5his has been a waste of my money and my Don is disappointed as he can not get the Geko until his tank is hospitable for it.

Sent for two Arcadia floodlights , put them in and waited as I’d read on the reviews to wait as they blow if you don’t. They both came on and was just what I wanted but the next day one had not come on and doesn’t work.

Our tortoise house was damaged and packaging was all bashed, I really need the house as was collecting tortoise the next day so couldn’t send back, very disappointed

Communication from this company is non existant. I have a problem with the order I received. I messaged them and to thus day have not had a reply. Can't phone them at this time due to COVID 19. Get your line of communication sorted with your customers.

The fly culture I was sent was full of mould. In years of buying them this is the first time I’ve been sent one in this state; it was brown on top and covered in black mould and the bottom of the culture was full of it too. Everything else I ordered was fine, well priced and delivered promptly but in very let down at the state of the culture that was received and it has put me off returning

Ordered afew times never had a problem until my last order my crickets had mites and now all my reptiles need to be treated, money's had enough ATM without things like this on top very upset reptile lover 😭

I received my order but one of my items was missing. I enquired about it and was told I would be given a refund but I am still waiting now over a week later?!!!!

Disappointed in communication. I ordered some fruit flies for my frogs. I had no email with a progress status so I waited for 2-3 days before I had to send a email asking the question. I understand the difficult time I'm we are all in, however a simple progress email would make a massive difference. The postage cost more then the flies and they wasn't in the best condition. I had to go out and make a trip to my local reptile shop to get some food for my frogs..... The reason I ordered originally via the internet was too to reduce contact with people. I have ordered from here before and I've been happy with the service but this time it will make me think twice in future.

I ordered 4 basking spot bulbs. They came quickly however one of the bulbs is not working. I have sent an e-mail to ask for advice on how to proceed however, after 3 days I have still not received any response. This is pretty unsatisfactory.

Received my bulbs quickly.Upset the first one used first oneSaturday 11th evening but had stopped working by Sunday12th.Ordered from your thinking it would be good being for reptiles. William LeSage.
