The heat uvb bulb I ordered was faulty.I returned it and asked for a refund as there was no guarantee the next one would work.I received the refund minus the postage,which I was not happy with.It was no fault of mine that the bulb didn't work.

2 separate orders, 2 items missing. One from each order. And internet reptile just ignore your messages. Poor customer service!

One of the items was delivered open and appeared to have been previously used. A refund was given, though as their terms mention, the return costs are mine to pay for. Not impressed overall.

I ordered 2x tubs of crickets and 1x tub of mealworms. They arrived quickly but all of the crickets were dead. I doubt I will buy this way again.

Order came very quick but no name/number for address so had a nightmare picking it us as work long hours, where parcel was to get picked up was closed on one of the times.

large order. some items were poorly packaged and damaged some items were incorrect to what i ordered. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me and over a week to get some of the issues corrected though when i reported items damaged no one contacted me about this. i will not use this site again

Courier did not follow instructions so large mice had defrosted & squishy. Did get refund without any contact back despite saying they would sort replacement… basically no food at all for my snake so complete waste of my time ……

We ordered 2 different types of beetle larvae substrate. It arrived very quickly but one of them was completely soaked and molding so we weren't able to use it.

I bought a pump on the 28th of July and today I came home and its konked out. I was expecting it to last well over a yeah as I've spent good money for it so how can you guys resolve this please?

No screws provided with CHE holder or the heat guard. Heat guard is very loose fitting with sharp edges on the prongs you use to "lock". I used a spare gasket I had to tighten the guard so as it doesn't rattle, siliconed little blobs onto the sharp edges. Sourced screws from elsewhere. Also the thermostat is solid green, not black as shown in photos. As I ordered I was told 2 days delivery(I ordered on a Thursday), didn't arrive until the Monday. Everything was shoved into the heat guard, little thermostat biz was damaged.

I ordered just under £100 of reptile food all of the order was good except 500g of mealworms which arrived dead stinky and full of bacteria they are supposed to packed in a bag or box but instead they packed 500g of mealworms into two 50g plastic tubs, I sent pictures as proof and I am Still waiting For a reply (it’s been a week). I definitely will not be using them again not if they are happy to send mealworms that could potentially kill pets due to the bacteria build up of dead ones, as I reptile business I would expect a higher standards of service

Live insects should travel with food and moisture, too many dead ones on receipt of package

The insects weren't with the money hardly any in the tubs Only one roach in a tub Alot of the insects were dead

We ordered the 70l bag of spagnum moss. Customer support prior to placing the order was great. Unfortunately when we received the order the spagnum wasn't lush green as depicted on the Internet pictures it was quite dull in colour. Thinking that the moss needed light to go green we separated the bag into smaller portions and put in zip lock bags, we needed to transfer the moss anyway as the bag was leaking, then placed in indirect light in our integral garage. We are still waiting to see an improvement.
