Came in good time but badly packed and one of the jars of tortoise pellets had emptied into the box which meant they went everywhere when I opened it. Not a bad review as I don’t know how it was handled by the couriers but obviously not great for me.

I ordered sphagnum moss and with all substrate, it needs to be frozen or baked to ensure mites are not in the moss. However, upon opening my bag of moss I found several spiders inside. I felt absolutely awful as I was in the process of baking the moss, I can’t understand why such a big company isn’t doing something to ensure small critters aren’t harmed or LIVING in what they sell!

I ordered two sizes of fishing nets, but received the wrong size, I was told the bar code on the product was wrong. Currently waiting for the replacements of the size I ordered.

Locusts arrived quickly and securely. I think maybe 1 or 2 dead, which is expected. However, they were much smaller than expected and varied in size quite a lot, bit disappointed.

Good value products, difficult to find cheaper elsewhere, but if you have a problem they will ignore your contacts for support. I wouldn't buy anything expensive from them again like vivariums or lighting etc. In this case the bugs arrived dead, total waste of money. Happy to update the review when/if they reply to my request for refund/replacement/extra bugs on my next order.

I normally love using Internet reptile but my last order took a week to arrive. I had to go out and buy some food for my lizards whilst waiting on my delivery. Once I place my order with you I normally receive my items in about 3 days so was not sure if it was down to you or royal mail. I could not find a number to call you on

The order was sent in two boxes. One of the boxes didn’t arrive the first time. And I had to wait for an extra week to receive the rest of the products. But the team was helpful and managed to sort out the issue.

Ok but very slow delivery and contact with seller was very hit and miss. Order was due Tuesday/Wednesday. Messaged Tuesday to ask as hadn't had any updates. They said it would be delivered tuesday/Wednesday So I booked a home day. No delivery. Eventually arrived Thursday, when I tracked it by the arcade on the box it hadn't even been dispatched until Tuesday afternoon. 🤦‍♀️
