Most of the snails arrived dead. The worms were all good.

Amazing products very good prices but costumer service is quite poor took nearly a week to get a reply about sending an item back as bought the wrong thing

First delivery was missing items, then when I contacted customer service they never got back to me. They did sort out the problem, but no comunication about it.

I normally love using Internet reptile but my last order took a week to arrive. I had to go out and buy some food for my lizards whilst waiting on my delivery. Once I place my order with you I normally receive my items in about 3 days so was not sure if it was down to you or royal mail. I could not find a number to call you on

The order was sent in two boxes. One of the boxes didn’t arrive the first time. And I had to wait for an extra week to receive the rest of the products. But the team was helpful and managed to sort out the issue.

Ok but very slow delivery and contact with seller was very hit and miss. Order was due Tuesday/Wednesday. Messaged Tuesday to ask as hadn't had any updates. They said it would be delivered tuesday/Wednesday So I booked a home day. No delivery. Eventually arrived Thursday, when I tracked it by the arcade on the box it hadn't even been dispatched until Tuesday afternoon. 🤦‍♀️

Most of the mealworms died within a few days of order arriving which they usually last until my next order

Delivery arrived on time but I did not receive an email letting me know that my parcel was ready to be collected, this is the third time in about two months that this has happened.

Most of my frozen food arrived in good condition, however one pack was defrosted upon arrival and had to be thrown away. The locusts i ordered were never delivered.

Food was good, got the right amount we paid for. Only downside was the delivery, I paid extra for faster delivery only to receive the food 4 days later than when it was supposed to arrive.

Hi, order placed and took 6 days to arrive. The bugs were very cold due to the weather, but half of them were dead. So not a very good experience 😕

Ordered crickets on Thursday, paid for 24 hour delivery and they turned up on Tuesday. Customer service staff were quite rude in their response. Crickets however were well packaged, very healthy and I am very pleased with them.

This is because the purpose of me ordering was to be delivered to my door as such a big item and don't drive. However was delivered to the wrong address and took a few attempts to achieve. Finally had to carry a 3ft vivarium flat packed about half a mile down the road. Only 5 ft myself so struggled with it resulting in a bruised arm. Of course wasn't the shops fault but it felt.like they couldn't care less as long I got the item. When putting it together which was fairly straight forward the top plastic runner was snapped in the box. I did let them know but nothing was done and the glass goes in despite this so wasn't such a massive deal but a reply back would have been nice.
