“I had been struggling for months to find Some Arcadia fluorescent tubes for my bird lamps from all the usual outlets that I have used online in the past. One of my work colleagues suggested that I used ai to search the internet for me and it brought up internet reptiles. I found exactly the tubes that I had been looking for and at a good price. I placed my order and received the tubes which were very well packaged within a few days. I am very pleased with the products and the service I received from internet reptiles and will certainly use them again.”

“I've found my deliveries on time. I have a bearded dragon and they go into brumation every year so have to stop my order for as long as brumation lasts and they have taken note of this. They give you a good choice of food, dry or a live and accessories for the well being of pets.”

On occasion, when an item arrives not up to standard, a refund is promptly issued (less postage costs), although they decline to issue a replacement at their postal expense.
