I am disappointed with a lot of things. When ordered a whole viv set, it was all packaged together and loosely so the T5 light arrived broken in half. When contacted, no response, it's been 2 weeks now. I ordered mice, they arrived late but luckily still frozen as the package was ok, however, they are not of good quality, they reek. I brought next day delivery on some other items and they have not been even dispatched for over a week now. I wish I could have left a good review because the products are good but I am disappointed with the service.

Website and prices are good. The products are great too. But the delivery was awful. No time scale was given, no email to confirm delivery time and date. Parcel was left outside my front door in severe rain.

First order of live crickets arrived with the packaging damaged and therefore most of the crickets had escaped or died. Can only assume that it was damaged in transit but perhaps needs better packaging

Second time ordering from Internet Reptile - I own gerbils and they have a great range of natural material hides and tunnels as well as bedding. It is all great quality and arrives fine etc. This time, however, I ordered a coco cave which I assumed had multiple entry holes - this was depicted and other listings had just a single entry hole. I received a single entry hole one and messaged them about this. They replied that this was luck of the draw and the listing does in fact not relate to the number of entry holes at all. I was quite disappointed with that and feel this should be made clear in the listing!

Items were dispatched and delivered very quickly for a great price! Customer services communication was good. Unfortunately the product I purchased was not fit for purpose (Herp Husk) but they couldn't do anything about it.

Been buying my T5 lighting with internet reptile for some years now and there's no problem in delivery to mainland. The only problem I have is they are not shipping in Northern Ireland so, I have to send it first to my sisters house in England so she can send the item to Northern Ireland. If my sister can send it, why can't Internet reptile..

I have been really happy with Internet Reptile, until this occasion. We order lots from them and over Xmas I ordered over £60 worth of goods, but forgot to pop in the discount code. I emailed straight away and got an email saying that due to the quick turnaround they could not change or cancel the order. When I checked the ordered was still being processed (2 days later), so as good will I am sure they could have done something. I have emailed and they seem to have got in a pickle with another issue I had over a delivery (which was not their fault) but ended up my live food going to the PO and I was not able to collect it. So I felt justified in saying in view of having lost £20 of live food they really could have cancelled my order and put on back on with the discount, or indeed given me a credit note, which is no more than the original discount code. I am disappointed that the emails have got hung up on the uncollected now dead food, rather than the discount code.

Food delivered was fine however post woman complained of sawdust coming out of packaging and in her bag. So improvements on packaging needed.

Timing for delivery was Ok, and my second order for the lights was fine too but when I opened my first order to assemble there was damage to it, I haven't sent it back as needed it straight away and didn't have time to send it back
